Community Evaluation and Research Center

Welcome to the Community Evaluation and Research Center (CERC) Web site at MSU. We hope that this Web site is useful to both community members and MSU scholars who would like to learn more about CERC's activities, our approach, and what CERC can do for you.

If you are working within a community organization, CERC can put together a multidisciplinary research team that can evaluate your programs or projects. We incorporate a participatory approach to evaluation where all stakeholders are active and equal participants in the decision-making process. Working with CERC, you will learn how to incorporate evidence-based practice into your work. Learn More

If you are an MSU faculty member or student who is interested in community-based research, CERC facilitates a "knowledge exchange" to encourage shared learning and collaboration and provide support for the unique requirements of evaluation within the context of an engaged partnership.
