World Usability Day 2009

The 2009 World Usability Day event for Michigan will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2009, at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center in East Lansing, Michigan from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The cost to attend the event is $25 (lunch included).

The focus for World Usability Day 2009 is Sustainability. Designing for a sustainable world focuses on how our products and services impact our world. The 'cradle to cradle' approach is to start the design with the premise of using materials that can fully enter a new life cycle by either going back to nature or going back into the design process as a new product.
