IMPORTANT:

Please have the following information ready before you begin!

A valid email account.
Name and full contact information for the primary contact person. This person can be, but doesn't have to be, a presenter.
Names, postal and email addresses of all presenters.
An abstract of your paper that is no longer than 250 words. You will copy and paste it into a web form.
An MS Word or RTF file that contains a 2 page description of your paper and up to 1 additional page containing supporting statistical tables or diagrams

You have until September 7, 2007 to add or edit presentations. On September 7, 2007 presentations that are ready for submission will be submitted. Those that have missing information will not be submitted.
